Charger Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Return Conditions

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return any product bought from Bolt.Earth, we will gladly exchange it/replace it depending upon the below mentioned conditions.

• • • The request for return must be made within 20 business days of purchase and the product should be in the original, undamaged packaging.
    • In cases where the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred when the product was sent to you and cover the costs of returning it to us.
    • Please note that no refunds will be applicable on any product SKUs.

Replacement Conditions

Returns and replacements are applicable exclusively on the grounds of being faulty. Only faulty returns will be considered for replacement.

• • • If a return is initiated, it will not be treated as a refund; it will only be considered for replacement if the fault is verified.
    • The replacement product will be shipped within 15 business days from the date the faulty product is received at our premises.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at evsupport@teslavolts.com or contact our 24/7 customer care at +91 8799442703 via call or WhatsApp. with the following information:

      • Name
      • Date of Purchase
      • Date of Delivery
      • Invoice Number/Order Number
      • Purchase Receipt
      • Shipping Address

If you received an incorrect or faulty product, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can authorize your return and dispatch the correct item promptly.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend, delete, modify, vary, or supplement any of these terms at any time. We will endeavor to provide at least seven days’ notice for any changes.

Compliance Review

This policy will be reviewed for alignment with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and other relevant e-commerce regulations to ensure compliance.
