We understand that occasionally, a product may not meet your expectations or arrive in perfect condition. Please review our refund and returns policy below for purchases made through our official website.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• You received an incorrect item.
• The product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used EV chargers, accessories, or spares.
• Customized or specially ordered products.
• Software licenses or digital downloads.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at evsupport@teslavolts.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your Order ID, Reason for return, and clear photos/videos (if applicable).
3. Our support team will guide you through pickup/shipping arrangements.
4. Returned items must be in original condition and include all accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

• A refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• For partial returns or missing accessories, a deduction may apply.
• In cases where return is due to customer error (wrong item ordered), return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

4. Replacement Policy

• Damaged or faulty items reported within 7 days will be replaced at no additional cost, subject to inspection and availability.
• Replacements are typically shipped within 5–7 business days post verification.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
• Once shipped, the order can only be returned under the conditions mentioned above.
