Hindustan Petroleum (HP), one of India’s leading energy conglomerates, offers a spectrum of energy products including renewables, electricity, natural gas, and bio-fuels.

HP faced the challenge of requiring a flexible and open management platform for managing billing transactions, monitoring, maintenance, and round-the-clock end-user support. They sought an external solution that could effectively integrate with their existing systems.

Assisting the development

TeslaVolts provided the solution via their Professional Platform Package, which met HP’s requirements for a robust, flexible platform. HP now actively participates in public charging infrastructure tenders using unique solutions supplied by TeslaVolts. Utilizing the TeslaVolts Operator Portal Professional, HP operates and manages their customer service desk, enabling prompt resolution of charging issues for electric vehicle drivers through a dedicated API.

TeslaVolts team assisted HP in creating an interoperable network via e-mobility service providers (eMSP), providing comprehensive monthly reports that include details about the number of charging stations, transactions, and the eMSPs that have used their network. A specialized Power BI KPI dashboard has been designed for optimal monitoring of charging stations and transactions, ensuring high uptime and superior customer support.

As a result, HP benefits from assisted team support of TeslaVolts flexible and open system that delivers detailed reports and integrates seamlessly with their internal systems for their own data analysis. HP employs TeslaVolts for clear dashboards with real-time status information, remote commands, and the ability to outsource the software set-up of new charging stations and wholesale billing. This allows HP to concentrate on the operational aspects of the business.
